Klimabonus: Financial assistance to lead a more climate-friendly lifestyle
Klimabonus is the state subsidy scheme that aims to encourage energy-efficient renovations and sustainable construction of housing, promote heating systems that use renewable energy, encourage investment in photovoltaics, promote soft mobility, the purchase of electric vehicles and the installation of charging stations and protect biodiversity in natural areas.

The “Topup social Klimabonus“
Recipients of Klimabonus subsidies for sustainable energy renovation and the use of renewable energy sources in housing can apply to the Ministry of Housing for an additional subsidy called the “Topup social Klimabonus”. This makes it possible to significantly increase the Klimabonus subsidy (up to double it), depending on the household’s income.
Interest subsidy for climate loans and state guarantee
With the interest subsidy for climate loans, you can obtain attractive financing and increase the value of your property through renovation.
You can also benefit from a government guarantee for your climate loan. This makes it easier for you to obtain a bank loan and reduces the cost of the collateral mandated by the credit institution.
